"Charlotte is an outstanding Chartered Surveyor. She is highly knowledgeable about the world of property and able to provide wide ranging advice on many subjects. Highly diligent and able to deliver effective solutions, she has built an enviable professional reputation in the south east and I have no hesitation in recommending her to clients when we have a conflict of interest, or on occasions when we are unable to help."

Mr K, Director, commercial investment agency:

"As a practicing investment agent, I have recommended Charlotte to several clients as a property manager post acquisition. In my view she has unique experience; she thoroughly understands the client’s needs and combines both property management with value enhancement skills. She has been highly effective on everything we have worked together on."

Mrs H, West Sussex:

"Charlotte has acted on our behalf on a range of property matters including an application to divert a footpath and the negotiation for the acquisition of adjoining land; she has always been quick to react to all of our questions and on hand to guide us through the legal process as well as the practical considerations of access, covenants and planning. We have been delighted with not only the technical expertise but the sensible and fair approach she has taken when acting in difficult situations. Thank you!"
